Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Monday of each month, at Linkinhorne Parish Hall in Upton Cross (UCPH) or Rilla Mill Village Hall (RMVH). Agendas are posted on the six parish noticeboards at Bray Shop, Henwood, Rilla Mill, Upton Cross PO and stores, Upton Cross car park and Minions.
